Problem: In order to lower the headrest like the chair at the left, the person will have to face a lot of challenges, and sometimes, something will happen and the person might get hurt while lowering the headrest and that happened to me while I was figuring out how to use it.
Solution: We can just have a button at the side of the switch so it would be more user friendly. The person must drag the knob to the number they want (2 or 3) depending on the way they want their headrest to be like.
