eLearning Lesson 2 (Part 2) by Looi Wei Chern (15)

Problem Faced: When the wind direction blowly towards one side, if both windows are open, the wind would be blocked out.
Solution: Thus, both windows could be slided and faced towards different directions, the wind would not be blocked out and instead, both windows allow the free-flow of the wind to enter the house.
Mechanism used: Linkages with 4 movable points to allow it to slide.

  1. I do not quite understand how the rubber stoppers and the movable joints are used in to improve its function. I think that the idea would be conveyed better if there was another sketch of another view of the windows, or maybe even drawing the idea in 3D.
